Abby embodies everything I love about yoga; she is grounded and wise, strong and fit, intuitive and spiritual. She is also an experienced and skilled teacher, which is evident in the ease with which she teaches. Abby's compassionate, clear instruction and extensive knowledge of anatomy encourage me to push myself while listening to and honoring my own body. Her classes are intense, but deeply nourishing to the body and soul. Abby also has a beautiful singing voice and her Sanskrit chanting is quite moving.
